Relationship Director (Originator) - Commercial Real Estate Finance

This is an opportunity to play a lead role in the structured property finance team of a well-established UK bank.

The strategy is to provide complex bridging loans (£10m+) to commercial real estate investors and developers (main asset classes offices, industrial & logistics, and retail).

You don't need to have bridging experience. You do need to be an experienced commercial real estate loan originator (UK market) who wants to move into structured finance / complex bridge lending.
