Our client is a highly regarded UK law firm with a strong reputation across the healthcare sector. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer to join its specialist team, advising a broad range of healthcare organisations and professionals.

The Role

You will advise healthcare clients on a wide range of regulatory, governance and advisory matters, working on interesting and often complex issues within a supportive and collaborative team.

The work is likely to include:

• Healthcare regulatory and compliance advice
• CQC registration, inspections and enforcement
• Regulatory investigations and disciplinary matters
• Governance and risk management
• Advising healthcare providers and professionals
• Inquests and associated healthcare matters
• Complaints and patient-related issues
• Healthcare contracts and commercial arrangements
• Supporting clients with regulatory change and emerging issues

You will have significant client contact and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with healthcare organisations and professionals.

About You

We are keen to hear from Lawyers with:

• Experience in healthcare regulatory law
• Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare regulatory framework
• Experience advising healthcare providers, professionals or organisations
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice
• The ability to manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively
