Regulatory Risk Oversight VP - Basel 3.1 Expert Hybrid

Deloitte Talent Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Risk Oversight VP for a London-based contract role. The position is office-based 2-3 days per week with remote work the rest and starts ASAP, ending 2026 inside IR35.

The role sits in the risk function providing 2LOD review and challenge of 1LOD interpretations and implementation of regulatory capital and liquidity rules. Basel 3/3.1 knowledge is preferred; CC risk for repo-style transactions is a plus.
