REGULATORY LAWYER, 18 MONTH FTC, 3 + YEARS' PQE, LONDON/ HYBRID, £54,000 - £56,000. On offer is an extensive benefits package, including up to 31 days of annual leave, private healthcare coverage, flexible working options, and a range of discounts and employee rewards. JOB REF: 2182

Responsibilities

• The appointed lawyer will manage a diverse caseload covering investigations, enforcement, fitness to practise and interim suspension matters, making autonomous decisions in complex and high risk cases.
• The role also involves handling issues with potential reputational risk and managing related litigation.
• The organisation operates within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the London office, with added flexibility to attend team and company events.

Qualifications

• Applications are open to qualified solicitors, barristers, and FCILEx with experience managing a caseload of complex legal or regulatory matters, including litigation, tribunals, or hearings.
• Experience with case management, investigations, enforcement, or working for a regulator, as well as familiarity with committees, boards, and regulatory procedures, is desirable.
