Regulatory Business Analyst Consultant

At MBC we keep growing, and we are now looking for a Regulatory Business Analyst to support a UK MiFID Post-Transparency Project. (Remote - London GMT)

About the role
We are looking for a Regulatory Business Analyst to support a UK MiFID Post-Transparency Project.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and data.
  
  
• Draft business requirement documents.
  
  
• Understand Functional Requirements and Technical Specifications.
  
  
• Monitor and validate IT developments, testing, go-live, and post-implementation stages.
  
  
• Update or define new regulatory controls.
  
  
• Draft internal communications, control papers, procedures, and/or training materials.
  
  
• Support Project Management, including preparing governance meeting decks and tracking action items.
  
  
• Work proficiently with Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  
  
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and data analysis.
  
  
• Experience writing business and functional documentation.
  
  
• Proficiency in monitoring IT developments and regulatory testing.
  
  
Even better if you have:

• Knowledge of UK MiFID regulations.
  
  
• Experience with data or regulatory projects implementation.
  
  
• Availability to work from London office at least 3 days a week (preferred).
  
  
• Proactivity.

Location: Remote but with preference of hybrid 3 days a week in London Office.
