Regulatory and Healthcare Solicitor

Healthcare & Regulatory Solicitor, Birmingham - 7+ Years PQE, £70,000+ (DOE). This role offers the chance to work within a diverse and intellectually stimulating practice area that is both challenging and highly rewarding. JOB REF: 4138.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across a broad range of health, social care and education matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious work.
• Contribute to related areas such as inquests and regulatory law.
• Manage a varied caseload of advisory and litigation matters.
• Advocate at Court of Protection hearings and relevant Tribunals.
• Play an active role in client care and business development initiatives.

Skills Required

• Minimum 7 years PQE as a Healthcare & Regulatory Solicitor.
• Confidence working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong technical ability with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially minded approach.
• Enthusiasm to develop further legal expertise.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to build lasting working relationships.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to business development activities, particularly with local authority clients.
