Regulatory Operations Training Specialist
Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and eager to make a significant impact on a global scale? Our client is looking a Regulatory Operations Training Specialist to join their team! In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring regulatory excellence across our client's international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development: Maintain and enhance global training materials, including E-learning modules, user guides, and quick reference guides.
- Effective Communication: Craft clear and concise communications about regulatory updates, process changes, and system enhancements.
- Technical Support: Provide invaluable assistance to the Worldwide Regulatory community, addressing inquiries and offering technical support.
- End User Support: Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to users on regulatory tools and processes.
- Consistent Messaging: Ensure uniformity in messaging across all training and communication materials.
What We're Looking For:
Critical Knowledge:
- A BSc or MSc in a scientific or related business discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of document management systems (eg, Veeva Vault).
- Familiarity with global regulatory requirements for agricultural product submissions.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Critical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to navigate cultural boundaries.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
Critical Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data and document management in Regulatory Affairs, particularly in the agricultural or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience with electronic document management systems and regulatory submissions.
- Successful collaboration in international, multidisciplinary project teams.
