We are seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our small, welcoming care home.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards.
  • Oversee the financial management of the home, including budgets and occupancy levels.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Must have NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
  • Must have at least 3 years previous experience managing a care home or in a senior leadership role within the care sector.
Skills
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, health and safety requirements, and person-centred care principles.
Passion
  • A genuine commitment to improving the lives of residents and supporting your team.
