We are seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our small, welcoming care home.

Our focus is on creating a safe, supportive, and homely environment where residents can thrive and maintain their dignity and independence.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards.
- Oversee the financial management of the home, including budgets and occupancy levels.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
- Must have NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
- Must have at least 3 years previous experience managing a care home or in a senior leadership role within the care sector.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, health and safety requirements, and person-centred care principles.
- A genuine commitment to improving the lives of residents and supporting your team.
- Must be currently based and eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship at this time).
