Registered Manager - Kent

Registered Manager£21.00 per hour, Monday Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmWe're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential care service supporting younger adults with learning disabilities.You'll be responsible for the day to day management of the service, leading the staff team, ensuring high quality person centred care, and maintaining full CQC compliance.Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in adult social care
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and physical and sensory disabilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Compliance Requirements:

• An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
