This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll guide a team of seasoned Senior Account Executives in acquiring and expanding relationships with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. Focused on the UK market, you will drive new business growth, shape strategic sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enterprise value. This role offers the opportunity to influence both customer success and the evolution of a fast-scaling sales organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of 6 Senior AEs, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion in the enterprise space
  • Drive execution of aggressive revenue targets while ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and performance reporting
  • Build scalable, high-impact sales processes including qualification, sales cycle management, and customer success alignment
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and ownership while mentoring your team toward continued growth
  • Personally engage with key enterprise executives, becoming a trusted partner and advisor
  • Support operational excellence by owning metrics such as pipeline growth, win rates, and sales cycle optimization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years of successfully leading enterprise sales teams
  • Demonstrated track record selling into Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations, especially targeting CIO and CMO personas
  • Deep experience with complex consultative sales cycles and value-based sales methodologies
  • Proven ability to build teams from early stages and scale high-performing enterprise sales organizations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially across GTM functions
  • High EQ leadership style with a hands-on, data-driven, and inspirational approach
  • Deep interest in generative AI and its application to business communication and productivity
