REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (NETHERLANDS/BENELUX)

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Area of responsibility: NETHERLANDS + BENELUX AREA (will be specified according to the candidate's preferences/location)

Main tasks:

• product categories - decorative wall panels, skirtings, floors and accessories, ceiling panels, soffit panels, facade claddings/boards
• implementation of trade policy, distribution and marketing plans on the market,
• initiating and carrying out activities relevant to the development of distribution and sales,
• field work with all distribution channels,
• professional and efficient service and retain existing customers, attract and retain new customers in accordance with the adopted strategy of distribution channel,
• responsibility for sales performance

Candidate profile:

• desire and drive to work in a field sales environment with focus on both suport and development of active clients and acquisition of new clients,
• goal oriented, good negotiation skills,
• opened and high communication skills,
• english proficiency - intermediate (B1) oral and written,
• driving license,
• open for B2B cooperation (B2B contract)
