Regional Property Operations Lead

The Ministry of Justice is seeking an Area Property Operations Manager for the North West England region. This role manages hard and soft FM services across multiple sites, reporting to Regional Property Operational Managers and coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure contract performance.

Responsibilities include contract management, site visits, health and safety compliance, and overseeing works projects. A regional base is required with daily site attendance across the portfolio.
