CareerWise Recruitment is partnering with a leading infrastructure services organisation to recruit a Regional Project Manager - Motorways; to oversee the successful delivery of road infrastructure, traffic management and civil engineering projects across the West and North West of Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. Working closely with clients, site teams and senior management, you will be responsible for driving project delivery, commercial performance, operational excellence, and Health & Safety compliance across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end delivery of road infrastructure and traffic management projects across the region.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, programme management and execution.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Minimum 3 years' project management experience within infrastructure, civil engineering, construction, utilities, traffic management or a related sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Strong client-facing, contract management and stakeholder management experience.
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
- Good commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and budgets.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and construction industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
