Regional People Partner - Growth, Onboarding & Talent

Willmott Dixon in the Wales & West region is seeking a full-time People Partner. The role is based in Cardiff or Bristol with hybrid work between office and home, and occasional travel to sites.

You will partner with leaders to translate people strategy into day-to-day impact, embedding consistent people practices and strengthening leadership capability. The role focuses on delivering high-quality people operations across the lifecycle to enable performance and growth.
