At impact HR, we provide expert, people-first HR consultancy services to businesses across the UK. We're growing, and we're looking for a hands-on, service-driven Regional Manager to lead one of our regional consultancy teams.
This role is perfect for someone who combines operational coordination with client focus and team leadership. You'll be the go-to person for delivery in your region, supporting consultants, ensuring high standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This role reflects our new regional model, retaining the personal, responsive service we're known for while scaling through local management.

As a local manager, you'll bring national strategy to life, ensuring clients feel supported and consultants are set up for success, all while feeding valuable insight back into central planning.

- Act as the key operational link between consultants, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure consistent delivery across the region in line with national frameworks and expectations
- Personally manage a portfolio of regional clients, ensuring advice, documentation, and support are delivered to a consistently high standard
- Deliver hands-on HR consultancy in line with client expectations, including casework, project delivery, and proactive support
- Balance consultancy work with regional management responsibilities, using your insight to improve local delivery
- Champion impact HR's quality standards in every client interaction, upholding our values and building long-term trusted relationships
- Ensure your own consultancy delivery is aligned with central tools, systems, and operational frameworks
- Apply national frameworks and tools created by the Director of HR Operations, sharing local feedback and insights to support ongoing improvement
- Monitor service delivery performance and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Ensure consultants follow agreed templates, tools, and workflows consistently
- Escalate recurring process challenges and share regional insights to inform change
- Provide day-to-day guidance, motivation, and oversight to consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and have the tools they need to succeed
- Work closely with the central administration team to coordinate client support
- Provide regional reporting to the Director of HR Operations
- Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure consultants are well supported
- Work with counterparts in other regions to share best practices and align on processes
- Support the onboarding, induction, and development of new consultants and associates
- Get involved in cross-regional initiatives that enhance service consistency and team culture
- Support regional Business Development efforts to ensure operational readiness for new clients
- Represent impact HR at networking events and within your local business community
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with referral partners and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow regional accounts or introduce new services
- Act as the first point of contact for regional client queries and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and in line with group standards.
- Take part in account planning and delivery reviews for high-profile or strategic clients
- Champion quality assurance processes and standards across your region
- Lead audits and peer reviews of documentation, casework, and workflows
- Ensure national standards are applied while allowing for local flexibility
- Contribute insights and trends to the central QA process
- You're a strong communicator, organised operator, and approachable team leader.
- You enjoy juggling people, processes, and priorities, and you're driven by high standards and positive outcomes.
- Experience in HR operations, consultancy, or client delivery leadership
- Confidence managing teams and working closely with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM or HR systems
