As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to join our expanding HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast paced, operational environment and enjoys building strong relationships across multiple locations.
The RoleAs a Regional HR Manager, you will partner with managers and operational teams across your designated region, providing expert guidance and hands on support across a broad range of people relations and HR activities.
You will play a key role in driving HR best practice, supporting business objectives and ensuring managers have the confidence and capability to effectively manage their teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HR support across multiple sites within your region.
- Manage and support complex employee relations cases, including:
- Disciplinary investigations and hearings
- Grievance procedures
- Absence management
- Workforce engagement initiatives
- Advise managers on UK employment legislation, policies, and HR best practice.
- Support organisational change projects, including TUPE transfers and redundancy consultations.
- Coach and develop managers to enhance their people management skills and confidence.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with GDPR and audit requirements.
- Contribute to a positive employee experience and promote a high-performance culture.
We're looking for a proactive, commercially aware HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and can confidently manage complex people matters.
Essential Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Management role.
- Experience working in a regional or multi-site HR environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven experience managing or supporting:
- TUPE transfers
- Redundancy processes
- Complex disciplinary cases
- Complex absence management cases
- Complex grievance matters
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent).
- Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of one year.
