Regional HR Lead, Northern Europe (Hybrid)

ASSA ABLOY Group in England is seeking an experienced HR Manager for Northern Europe to lead HR operations for the UK and partner with regional leadership. The role is hybrid, combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on HR operations across multiple countries.

You will drive core HR processes, lead talent acquisition for the UK & Ireland, and ensure governance and policy compliance while supporting workforce planning and payroll activities.
