Regional Head of Highways & Infrastructure

Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking a senior leader to head highways and infrastructure, reporting to the Director of Transport, Highways and Climate Change, overseeing delivery, asset management, structures, traffic signals, and flood risk management.

You will lead large multidisciplinary teams, manage a major contract worth over £200 million, ensure safety, on-time delivery, and contribute to regional transport priorities with partners such as National Highways and Network Rail.
