Regional Good Relations Worker

The Regional Good Relations Worker will support the delivery of YMCA Ireland's good relations, peace building, and cross community programmes across Northern Ireland. The role focuses on facilitating workshops, residentials, dialogue forums, and youth led social action projects that promote inclusion, challenge sectarianism, and strengthen relationships between young people, families, and communities.

Fixed Term Contract: Until 31 March 2028

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £31,201

Pension: 5% employer contribution

Location: Regional (multiple YMCA sites across Northern Ireland)
