Role overview
As a Regional Estates Manager, you will support the management of our property portfolio and implement strategic property plans to meet occupational and cost-saving goals, reporting to the Property Director. Your responsibilities will span our stores, including Vision Express, David Clulow, Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban, Oakley, across high streets, shopping centres, designer outlets, and airports.
This hybrid role can be based at our Ruddington or Kensington offices, with a requirement of three days on-site or as needed by the business.
Who is the perfect candidate?
- Degree in Estate Management and RICS membership
- 0-4 years PQE in a retail or private practice environment with a focus on high street, shopping centres, or retail
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by career growth within a global business
- Commercially aware with the confidence to challenge the status quo
- Experience in day-to-day real estate management
- Exposure to managing acquisitions, relocations, rent reviews, and lease renewals with strong negotiation skills
- Confidence in liaising with landlords and managing consents
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong systems skills to maintain and update databases and logs
