Regional E-commerce Operations and D2C and Analytics Specialist

As part of the WEMEA D2C team, the Regional D2C and e-Commerce Operations and Analytics Specialist will align with the regional D2C strategy and business goals to optimize product on-shelf and operational efficiency. This role involves managing data and reporting, as well as building an D2C and e-Commerce knowledge base. The specialist will closely collaborate with global and country D2C and e-Commerce teams to drive business growth.

A strong start-up mindset is crucial to the success.

Job Responsibilities

• Optimize Product On-Shelf and Operational Efficiency: Utilize Magento to enhance on-shelf and operational efficiency. Initiate actions to improve workflows and resolve issues among HQ, countries, and external partners. Support country operations, including product on-shelf, offer setup, payment, and logistics as needed.

• Data and Reporting Management: Handle inventory, campaign, sales data, KPI, and OKR reports to generate actionable insights.

• Knowledge Base Development: Build a comprehensive knowledge base for all operation-related topics to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

• Additional Tasks: Assist with other D2C and e-commerce related tasks as required.

Qualifications and background

• Experience: 3+ years in eCommerce/B2B, B2C, D2C with experience on commerce platforms.

• Technical Skills: Professional expertise in Magento or other eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Wix. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data/analytic tools. Experience with GA and Looker Studio reports.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and outstanding time management skills. Growth-oriented and open-minded.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
