1. Regional Director - Education & Care
2. Join a national organisation specialising in social care
3. Lead a group of schools and colleges across the North West region
4. Manage sites in Liverpool, Lancaster, and satellite sites in Blackpool, Ulverston, and Carlisle
5. Line manage 1 Head Teacher and 1 Principal
6. Report to the Divisional Director
7. Liverpool site: preschool and primary education for children with ASD
8. Lancaster and satellite sites: support for young people aged 16 with SEMH, LD, and physical disabilities
9. All services are OFSTED-regulated
10. Ensure all services meet company and OFSTED standards
11. Location flexible, with options for remote and office work

1. Full-time, permanent position
2. 40 hours per week
3. Salary up to £80,000 + Car Allowance

1. Qualified Teacher
2. Experience as Head Teacher or Principal
3. Experience working with ASD, SEMH, and LD
4. Experience in developing and opening services (desirable)
