Job Description

The Role:

As a Regional Delivery Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex programmes that are critical to our mission: providing clean, safe water and protecting the environment for generations to come.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and drive the programme vision, goals, and roadmap
  • Align delivery with organisational strategy and stakeholder priorities
  • Establish robust governance and reporting frameworks
  • Lead risk, issue, and dependency management across multiple projects
  • Engage senior stakeholders with clear, confident communication
  • Foster collaboration across project teams and business units
  • Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance
  • Ensure seamless transition of deliverables into business operations
  • Champion continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing programme team

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a confident, experienced leader who can bring clarity, structure, and energy to complex programmes. You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, high-value programmes.
  • Professional qualification and membership of the Association for Project Management (APM).
  • A strong track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
