As part of replacing someone on leave, we are recruiting: A regional employee (80%) - Fixed-term contract for 6 months. Location: Vevey. Start date: As soon as possible.What you bring to our mission: As a regional employee, you are the main point of contact for external partners in the region and facilitate social integration for beneficiaries within society. You ensure the support of beneficiaries housed in apartments, contribute to the management of complexes, and actively participate in the development of projects fostering close collaboration with internal teams, municipalities, and the network. We look forward to welcoming an open and engaged person, ready to take on a transversal role involving responsibilities and to actively contribute to the team dynamics during the replacement period.Your key missions:- Coordinate the reception of beneficiaries housed in the region and provide the necessary basic information to beneficiaries.- Perform apartment inspections in collaboration with the technical management.- Coordinate actions in case of emergencies, complaints, or interventions by authorities.- Ensure a mediation role during conflicts involving beneficiaries.- Establish individualized follow-up of housing projects in foster families.- Participate in projects in the field of support for migrants in apartments (AMA), especially concerning the Swiss Agenda.- Fill in institutional monitoring tools and databases.- Maintain and develop relationships with internal partners, municipalities, and the network to facilitate migrants' access to civil society by developing regional initiatives and projects.- Work autonomously, contributing actively to the development of the profile.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, political sciences, social work, or a relevant title recognized as equivalent.- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a transversal role related to civil society, including 2 years in management.- Strong interest in the field of social integration and knowledge of the political and regional fabric.- Excellent communication skills and ability to withstand stress and manage conflicts.- Class B driving license (frequent travel required).What EVAM offers:- A committed work environment.- A teleworking policy.- 5 weeks of vacation (6 weeks starting from age 50).- Very good social benefits.- Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context.Recruitment process in 3 steps:1.
