Regional Contracts Manager - South East

This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving and delivering technical solutions. As Regional Contracts Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex site projects, providing technical oversite and ensuring compliance. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll support branch operations, guide engineering teams and be the technical point of contact for customers. A key role within the region, the duties within the role are comprised of a range of different responsibilities, and include but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate on project scoping, documentation and execution
• Oversee contract execution to meet technical, quality, and safety expectations
• Provide technical support to customers and internal
• Plan and manage engineering resources alongside the Service Controller
• Act as first-line support for resourcing issues and site challenges
• Deputise for the Service Manager as needed and support junior engineer development
