Regional Clinical Support Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:

This position plays a central role in growing product activities in their region, with a focus on the Catalonia region and responsibility for educating, training, and supporting customers and leaders in this territory. This position requires strong clinical skills, a customer-service-oriented approach, and close collaboration with the EMEA Commercial and Clinical Director, the Country Manager, and the technical support teams. The candidate will be responsible for helping customers and company leaders understand and implement the company's technology, including:

Essential job functions:

Educate customers, medical staff, and potential customers on all clinical aspects of company technology. Provide technical and clinical training to account staff. Provide on-demand support to customers and address clinical inquiries related to the use of the technology. Visit customers regularly to educate and support their staff. Manually grade sleep studies. Manage communication and collaboration with local key opinion leaders and professional associations/societies.

• Provide technical and clinical training to account staff.
• Assist clients with clinical questions.
• Educate customers and potential customers about Itamar technology and its benefits.
• Visit clients regularly to educate and support client staff.
• Manage communication and collaboration with local KOLs

Education and Certifications:

Biomedical Engineer/Biology/Nursing

Job Requirements

At least three years of experience in sleep medicine, such as a sleep technician, respiratory and sleep physiologist, or biomedical engineer.

The following will be assessed:

• Experience in clinical training (mentoring new staff): is an advantage.
• Ability to make presentations.
• Self-discipline and ability to manage your own schedule

Languages: Mastery of the local language (Spanish, Catalan) and English is essential
