Regional Catering Leader Multi-Site P&L + Company Car

Chartwells Independent is seeking a Regional Manager for the Oxfordshire and Berkshire area, overseeing 8 contract catering sites with an annual turnover of around £2.5 million. This role requires a commercially driven leader with a strong focus on delivering exceptional food service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, and managing key client relationships. A competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus company car or car allowance is offered.
