Regional Care Induction & Training Specialist

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and ongoing development training across a region including Witney, Chipping Norton and Jersey. The role involves travel, including quarterly trips to Jersey for four days, with paid travel and accommodation, and a total of 40 hours per week.
