Refit Merchandiser - Store Transformation Specialist

B&M is seeking a proactive Refit Merchandiser to join the Store Transformation team. This full-time, field-based role involves regular travel and overnight stays when needed, supporting SE stores with refits, planograms, stock movement, and promotional installations.

You will work closely with Store Managers to ensure openings meet high standards. Ideal candidates have retail experience, a hands-on approach, strong organisation and communication skills, and flexibility to travel.
