Salary: £27,612 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Referrals Administrator to join our team!

Working as part of our Referral Hub Team, you will provide vital administrative support to us in helping to ensure children are matched with the most suitable foster carers. You will work closely with Referral Coordinators, Social Work teams, Foster Carers and Local Authorities, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate placement information, preparing reports and supporting the smooth running of the referral process.

Who we are looking for

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment. You'll be confident managing a varied workload, prioritising tasks and maintaining accurate records while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Previous administrative experience is essential whilst experience within fostering, social care or working with Local Authorities would be beneficial it is not essential. Most importantly, you'll be a proactive team player who shares our commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.
