Your Year as a Recruitment Consultant

• Match clients with prospective candidates.
• Utilise exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to achieve placement targets.
• Be self motivated, target driven, and resilient in a demanding and fast paced role.
• Potential for hybrid working after training completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
• Self motivation and a target driven mindset.
• Resilience and the ability to handle emotionally challenging situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and mediation skills.
• Commitment to full time office based work.
