Recruitment Team Leader

As Recruitment Team Leader you will need to have strong management skills, systems and processes knowledge and experience and be able to support, advise and coach your team. Through managing the recruitment advisors and co-ordinators, agreeing and monitoring objectives and work plans you will ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient, responsive high quality service.

Your application will need to demonstrate the following:
- Significant recruitment experience within an NHS Trust
- Demonstrable experience with process improvement
- Management of busy environments with conflicting deadlines
- Experience on advising and coaching a team
We are currently following a hybrid working pattern, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, although this may change in the future, subject to service requirements.

Person Specification Qualification- CIPD
- Substantial experience of working within Recruitment and delivering end to end recruitment campaigns
- Managing team members including setting and monitoring objectives
- Experience of using e-recruitment systems e.g TRAC/NHS Jobs/ ESR
- Providing advice to managers on all aspects of recruitment
- NHS/ Healthcare Recruitment experience
- Ability to run reports, analyse data, identify and rectify any issues within the reports
- Knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment
- Detailed and in-depth knowledge of recruitment policies, procedures and system
