Job Description
Recruitment Support - Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service

We're looking for a dedicated Recruitment Support to join our People Team.

In this varied role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment campaigns across the organisation, while also assisting in the implementation and configuration of our new applicant tracking system. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to build system competence, develop user friendly training and guidance materials, and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish.

You will also be responsible for managing day to day recruitment queries, administering the recruitment workflow, and supporting wider People Team projects that contribute to the development of a modern and effective service.
