• Salary: The gross salary scale applicable to the grade of Staff Officer is €52,763 - €63,107 p.a. on a full-time basis (rates effective 01/06/2026).

The Human Resources Office is seeking applications from a highly organised, dynamic and proactive individual to join the Recruitment Team and support the delivery of an effective, consistent and customer-focused recruitment service across SETU.

The Recruitment Staff Officer - Grade V will play a key role in coordinating and administering the University's recruitment and selection processes, providing professional support to hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders, maintaining accurate recruitment records and data, and ensuring that recruitment activities progress efficiently and in accordance with University policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

The role will have particular responsibility for the coordination of recruitment and selection activities, recruitment reporting, international recruitment and onboarding processes, employment permits and hosting agreements, Garda vetting, and the coordination of recruitment-related activity at campus level.

Garda Vetting may be required for particular posts.
