Day-to-day of the role:

• Supporting candidates through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Managing and updating information across multiple systems to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
• Processing recruitment and compliance documentation meticulously.
• Liaising with candidates and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail at all times to uphold the integrity of the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong IT and computer skills, comfortable navigating multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Good communication and organisational abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or onboarding is advantageous but not essential.
