Our people are what make Flourish special. We're hugely supportive, ambitious and genuinely enjoy celebrating each other's successes. If you're looking for a business where you'll be developed and recognised, you'll fit right in.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and supporting talented education professionals throughout their recruitment journey.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionals through our CRM, job sites, and other recruitment channels.

  • Screening, qualifying and matching candidates to suitable vacancies based on their skills, experience and career aspirations.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, managing them throughout the recruitment process and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Managing candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate CRM records and re-engaging existing candidates for new opportunities.
  • Supporting Recruitment Consultants by arranging candidate registrations and interviews, preparing candidate profiles and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
  • Working alongside our Compliance Team to complete safeguarding and pre-employment checks.
  • Providing first-class customer service by responding promptly to candidate enquiries and identifying opportunities to support the wider business.
About You

  • Has a high attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining accurate records.
  • Always works with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to learn and develop.
Why Join Flourish?
