Join Corin's growing recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer. The role supports recruitment specialists by reviewing applications, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial calls and telephone interviews to deliver high-quality shortlists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruitment Specialists to develop a strong understanding of a variety of vacancies and skillset requirements.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, including writing job adverts and posting roles across social media and advertising platforms.
  • Source suitable candidates for vacant positions and ensure roles are posted on relevant platforms to attract active candidates.
  • Screen candidates to assess suitability and provide high quality shortlists to Recruitment Specialists for review.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to schedule interviews or assessment days in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong communication of recruitment activity and challenges with the Recruitment Specialist and Resourcing Manager.
  • Support local "Employer Brand" initiatives such as community projects and events in schools or colleges, and promote across social media channels.
  • Accurately maintain data within ATS (Dayforce) relating to recruitment activity.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a candidate focused resourcing role within a recruitment agency or internal talent acquisition.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across a wide range of roles.
  • Ethical, consultative and transparent recruitment approach, following best practice.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a changing and growing business.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Team player capable of working effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem solver with a proactive, solution based approach.
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.
  • Experience with databases and accurate updating of them.
  • Proficiency with office applications including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
