Recruitment Resourcer

About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be providing administrative support throughout the candidate journey while maintaining high standards of communication, organisation and attention to detail.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 4 days on-site in London and 1 day from home, giving you the best of both worlds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings.
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and provide feedback post-interview.
• Manage the administrative tasks involved in coordinating interview schedules, arranging meeting rooms, and handling feedback in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Support with compliance in GDPR regulations.
• Support onboarding processes.
• Assist with sourcing candidates.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience working within an in-house recruitment team.
• Previous experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,
• Experience using ATS systems and job boards.
• Knowledge of GDPR compliance within recruitment processes.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working model (4 days on-site in London, 1 day WFH).
