We're seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team inley/Segensworth and play a pivotal role in our company's growth!

What Will You Do?

As our Resourcer, you'll be the linchpin of our recruitment process, working closely with Senior Consultant and interior team. Your mission:

• Source and profile candidates from our database and new platforms.
• Conduct daily candidate interviews (primarily over the phone).
• Prepare standout CVs and support live vacancy management.
• Build relationships with candidates, guiding them through our proven methodology.
• Keep our CRM up-to-date with candidate profiles and activity.
• Maintain our high standards of service, aligned with our ethical, empathetic, and genuine values.

• Hit your targets for calls and CVs sent!
• Be a key player in helping candidates find their dream roles.
• Drive client leads through candidate engagement.

What We're Looking For: Knowledge:

• Familiarity with recruitment and industry processes.
• Proficiency in using internal systems like CRMs.

• Confidence in engaging passive candidates.
