About the job
About the RoleYou will play a key role in supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey, from initial engagement through to interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Source, qualify, and shortlist candidates for apprenticeship vacancies in line with employer requirements and job specifications
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and career aspirations
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout their career journeys
- Identify and attract talent using a range of channels, including government websites, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Create and publish engaging job advertisements and maintain up-to-date website content
- Manage recruitment administration activities, including following up on leads, enquiries, and candidate communications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and data protection requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner
- A professional, positive, and customer focused approach
- The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, attending the Bristol office two days per week and working remotely for the remaining three days
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement
- Self motivation, initiative, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent time management skills and a strong focus on achieving goals
