About the role

We're looking for a creative and driven Recruitment Marketing Campaigns Specialist to help amplify the profile of our Financial Adviser Academy and wider adviser opportunities. In this role, you'll shape and deliver campaigns, content and partnerships that support our recruitment strategy, ensuring our brand shines across paid, owned and earned channels. Working closely with our Recruitment Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships Lead, you'll manage our content calendar, oversee digital activity, and help deliver impactful recruitment events that attract high quality prospective advisers.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and delivering campaigns and content strategies across recruitment marketing channels.
  • Running the recruitment content calendar, including content themes, formats, and publishing cadence.
  • Ensuring all activity protects and enhances the SJP and Financial Adviser Academy brand.
  • Providing guidance to stakeholders on best practice social media use.
  • Monitoring and analysing KPIs to continuously improve campaigns and content performance.
  • Working with the Social team to manage our digital footprint across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Creating engaging digital and social content, including visuals, video and podcast materials.
  • Coordinating recruitment events and working closely with the Events and Affinity Partnerships teams.
  • Building strong relationships with PRCs, PRMs, ARMs and other key internal and external partners.
  • Researching competitor and industry social activity to inform content and channel strategy.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Editorial Committee to shape and refine the content pipeline.
  • Collaborating closely with Digital, Social Media, Content and CCM teams to ensure a joined up approach.
  • Managing recruitment collateral and digital assets, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
  • Working with Social and Digital teams on newsletters and key calendar moments.

We're looking for a creative communicator who is passionate about digital content and understands how to engage audiences across multiple platforms. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, working with a wide variety of stakeholders to produce compelling, high quality campaigns. Someone with strong organisation, curiosity and a keen eye for detail will be an excellent fit for this role.

Essential skills
  • Strong passion for digital content, trends and emerging Martech
  • Ability to analyse data and KPIs to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Confident communicator able to clearly articulate marketing approaches to stakeholders
Desirable skills
  • Understanding of SJP and Financial Adviser Academy propositions.
  • Knowledge of competitor content strategies or experience in a similar regulated environment.
