Job Description

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring in Northampton for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Angard Staffing department and support the Service Delivery Team. The Recruitment Team operates at the very start of a candidate's journey to working for The Royal Mail Group, handling a high volume of applications for Distribution Centres, Mail Centres and Delivery Offices across the United Kingdom.

This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) on a 5 day rota, including early, late and weekend shifts. It is a fixed term contract until December2026.

A Recruitment Coordinator supports high volume recruitment campaigns and manages candidate applications through the entire recruitment process from screening to offer. Responsibilities include:

  • Attracting candidates using a variety of recruitment tools
  • Providing a high standard of customer service and handling candidate queries
  • Managing applications through the full recruitment process
  • Collecting and checking right to work documentation on behalf of the client
  • Working towards agreed targets and SLAs to meet client requirements
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills with the confidence to work towards and exceed targets
  • Computer literate and comfortable using MS Office
  • Effective communication via telephone and email
  • A team player who is flexible and able to support colleagues as needed
