Location: Farnborough

Assignment type: Temporary, to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months potential to extend. You will be engaged via Hays

Working environment: Hybrid, part clients office/site min 3 days per week onsite after training

Hours per week: 37,5


Your new role

  • Partner, and support the Recruitment and Marketing team with candidate sourcing and scheduling.
  • Support the scheduling of candidates interviews
  • Raise purchase orders for the recruitment marketing teams
  • Support the scheduling of assessment centres
  • Support the scheduling of external events
  • This role may also be called upon to review candidates, conduct phone screenings, and proactively source candidates during peak recruitment - with guidance from TA leadership


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working within a co-ordination/administration role, ideally within a recruitment environment.
  • Experience of working cross functionally
  • Experience of working in a high-volume environment
  • Understanding of MS Office and CMS or ATS systems such as myTMS
  • Awareness of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to the area of responsibility
  • Proven time management skills
  • Ability to travel.
