Recruitment Coordinator - Part-Time Fixed Term

Smedley Group is seeking a part-time Recruitment Administrator to cover maternity leave on a fixed-term contract. The role, based in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire, offers a hybrid working pattern and 15 hours per week with some schedule flexibility to coordinate interviews.

You will support day-to-day recruitment administration, ensure a professional candidate experience, and work closely with the Recruitment & Retention Lead to keep records accurate and processes efficient.
