Job Description

Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting recruitment for a Recruitment Coordinator, for a 6 month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for communications with interviewers and candidates throughout complex recruitment processes. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations
  • Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews
  • Coordinate candidate travel deadlines and SLA's
  • Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes
  • Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to analyse scheduling reports to track and identify trends
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process
Experience
  • 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions
  • Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar
  • Experience with HR software and coordination scheduling systems
