Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit anexperienced 360 Recruitment Consultantto join asuccessful Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment teamin Nottingham. This role will focus ontemporary or permanent recruitment, working closely with colleagues within an established team that already supports a strong client base across theEngineering and Manufacturing sector. You will manage afull 360 recruitment desk, developing relationships with both new and existing clients while placing candidates intotemporary or permanent roles.

The Role - 360 Recruitment Consultant

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing thefull recruitment lifecyclefrom business development through to placement
• Makingsales calls to potential new clientsto win new business
• Attendingclient meetings and site visitsto build relationships and understand hiring needs
• Recruiting fortemporary or permanentroles within Engineering and Manufacturing
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with bothclients and candidates
• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates intotemporary or permanent positions
• Managing candidate availability, bookings and placements
• Working closely with colleagues within asuccessful and growing recruitment team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a360 Recruitment Consultant
• Strongbusiness development and sales skills
• Experience managingtemporary or permanent recruitment
• Confident speaking with clients and conductingclient visits
• Driven, motivated and commercially focused
