Recruitment Consultant

Pay Range: £28,000-£33,000 + uncapped commission.

Location: Leeds Full-time. Office based for first 3 months, then hybrid (1-2 days WFH). Driving licence required (client facing role).

• Grow your desk through proactive business development.
• Manage and develop a strong, loyal client portfolio.
• Run the full recruitment cycle from job brief to placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing and matching high quality candidates.
