Up to 40k car allowance 10% commission with no threshold.

• Up to 40k basic salary

• 10% of all GP from new clients with no threshold

• Full back-office support including payroll, invoicing and legal
• The opportunity for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to build and develop a desk with genuine autonomy
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

• As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to develop and expand an Industrial desk while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk
• Win new business and develop existing client relationships
• Grow the Industrial division, or build a desk within another sector if that's where your experience lies
• Attend client meetings, site visits and drive rounds
• Source, interview and place temporary and permanent candidates
• Negotiate offers and provide an excellent service throughout the recruitment process

We're looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant or experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships and developing business.

• Previous agency recruitment experience in any sector
• Confident winning new clients and growing accounts
• Happy working in a 360 recruitment role
• Self-motivated and able to work with a high level of independence
• Full UK driving licence
