Carrington West is growing, and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join several teams across the business, specialising in contract recruitment within the built envrionment industry.

You will be joining a team of market experts, with the support, training and opportunities to build a successful desk in a fast-growing division.

What you will do:

• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop new business opportunities
• Source and engage top talent
• Become a specialist in your market

What you will get:

• Year 1 OTE: £45,000 - £60,000
• Year 2 OTE: £70,000 - £80,000
• Year 3 OTE: £100,000 - £130,000
