Job Overview

Reed Wolverhampton is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a specialist market.

Pay and Working Hours

Pay: £26,000-£36,000 base plus uncapped commission (OTE).

Hours: Full-time. Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid with 1 day working from home.

Driving licence: Required for client meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Winning new business through calls, meetings and networking.
• Building strong, long term relationships with clients.
• Taking job briefs and advising clients on recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.
• Managing offers and negotiations.
• Working towards agreed targets, with support.
